Toronto Blue Jays 2014 Minor League Spring Training Schedule
The Triple-A Buffalo Bisons have posted their 2014 minor league spring training schedule.
The way minor league spring training works, teams match up with other organizations and play games at both team's spring training sites, with the Class-A and Class-A+ teams playing at one site, while the Double-A and Triple-A teams play at the other location. For example, the Bisons schedule indicates that they will play @ the Lehigh Valley IronPigs in Clearwater, FL on March 11th. That's the Phillies Triple-A team, so the Double-A teams will play in Clearwater on that day as well. That means that the Class-A and Class-A+ teams will be playing at the opposite site, which in this case is the Blue Jays complex in Dunedin.
So, using the schedule released by the Bisons, we can extrapolate and figure out what the entire schedule should look like. We can also use the Pittsburgh Pirates 2014 minor league spring training schedule published by Tim Williams over @ PiratesProspects.com, to help compare with the Bisons schedule.
